In a 44-37 win over Pickens, Petty hauled in 16 receptions en route to a state record 360 receiving
yards. In addition to four touchdown
receptions, the senior also had 42 rushing yards and 15 tackles.

• Sammy Brown,
Jefferson: Senior Clemson commit had 17 tackles and a sack on defense. Offensively, he added 127 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 15 carries in a 30-14 win over Wren.
• Daniel Calhoun,
Walton (Marietta): Senior Georgia left tackle commit helped pave the way for his running backs to gain 255 yards and four touchdowns on 9.1 yards per carry in a 63-15 win over Brookwood.
• Ny Carr,
Colquitt County (Norman Park): Senior Georgia commit had 11 catches for 152 yards and four touchdowns in a 47-27 win over Stockbridge.
• Ricky Johnson,
Houston County (Warner Robins): Senior Stanford commit caught 12 passes for 218 yards and three touchdowns, including the game-winner with under a minute to play in a 42-35 win over Perry.
• Roderick McCrary,
Creekside (Fairburn): Senior running back ran for 164 rushing yards and a touchdown on 14 carries in a 34-15 win over St. Peter’s Prep, one of the top teams in New Jersey.
