After a string of three wins, the Crestwood Red Devils's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They received a tough blow as they fell 64-48 to Aurora. Crestwood was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Aurora apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2020.
Crestwood's loss came despite strong showings from Dekota Johnson and Charlie Schweickert. Johnson scored 21 points along with eight rebounds, while Schweickert scored 19 points. Johnson has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last five times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of James Durham, who scored no points along with ten rebounds and four blocks.

As for Aurora, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Tallmadge at 7:30 p.m. Tallmadge is coming into the match on a six-game losing streak.
