Palisades has gone 9-1 against Los Angeles CES recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Dolphins will be playing in front of their home fans against the Unicorns at 12:00 p.m. Palisades is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.1 runs per game this season.
The home team had won the previous three meetings between Palisades and University, and Palisades kept the tradition alive. The Dolphins put the hurt on the Wildcats with a sharp 12-5 victory on Monday. The Dolphins haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

The team relied heavily on Logan Bailey, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. He has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jack Kurland, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.
Palisades was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .444. They are a perfect 7-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
Meanwhile, after a string of six wins, Los Angeles CES' good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They came up short against Venice, falling 10-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Unicorns have suffered since March 21st.
Los Angeles CES also got a good showing from Alex Choi, who tossed three innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit.
At the plate, Brandon Phan made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one run.
Palisades pushed their record up to 14-9 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Los Angeles CES, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-9.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Wednesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Palisades has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.2 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Los Angeles CES struggles in that department as they've been averaging 7.2 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
