Floodwood extended the longest winning streak in Great Northern (9 Man) this week by beating South Ridge, 37-20. The victory was the 11th in a row for the Polar Bears.
Floodwood took down the Panthers 37-20 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Cromwell's Zion Smith and Tristan Johnson have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Smith has thrown for 808 yards this season, while Johnson has 16 catches for 304 yards. Andrew Demenge from McGregor leads the league in rushing with 1,721 yards.
Larry Heggedahl's team made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 486 from 553. The improvement was largely due to a 37-20 victory over South Ridge last week.
