Meanwhile, Ontario Christian waltzed into their game on Saturday with 12 straight wins but they left with 13. They strolled past Brentwood School with points to spare, taking the game 78-61. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Ontario Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kaleena Smith, who scored 28 points along with seven assists and two steals. That makes it ten consecutive games in which Smith has scored at least a third of Ontario Christian's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Karsen Marshall, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 11 rebounds.
Woodcrest Christian's win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Ontario Christian, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 20-3.

A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Smith, who went 11 for 16 from beyond the arc en route to 55 points and 8 assists.
