As for Los Osos, their victory was  their fourth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 18-6. The  home  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games.
On Los Osos' side,  Gavin Loeb-Keene looked comfortable as he  tossed four innings while giving up  three earned runs off   three  hits.
 At the plate,  Justin Yeutter and  Hunter Meyer did most of the damage at the plate:  Yeutter  went a perfect 4-for-4 with two  doubles, two  RBI,  and one  run, while  Meyer  went 3-for-4 with one  triple, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI.  Looking ahead, Damien will challenge Rancho Cucamonga at 3:15  p.m.  on Monday. The Cougars' pitching crew has only allowed two  runs per game  this season, so the Spartans' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Los Osos, they will take on Etiwanda at 3:15  p.m.  on Monday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  victory, something the Grizzlies surely won't give up without a fight.
