The Pacific Bay Christian Eagles's game last Monday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They strolled past Pescadero with points to spare, taking the game 42-24. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Pacific Bay Christian has managed all season.
Pacific Bay Christian can attribute much of their success to Terra Pandoofi, who scored 14 points along with six rebounds and six steals. Another player making a difference was Avery Lin, who scored seven points along with eight assists and four steals.
Pacific Bay Christian's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-6. As for Pescadero, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.
Pacific Bay Christian will head out on the road to take on San Francisco Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. San Francisco Christian comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 15 points in their last three games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse. As for Pescadero, they will be playing at home against Design Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
