Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lyons). They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat the Juarez Eagles 79-25. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lions.

Lyons' victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Juarez, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.

Lyons will be home for the holidays to greet Glenbard West at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Glenbard West will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Lyons surely won't give up without a fight. As for Juarez, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Chicago Tech at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Chicago Tech has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
