While Temecula Valley's win against Chaparral wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Golden Bears had just enough and edged out the Pumas 4-3 on Thursday. The victory was nothing new for the Golden Bears as they're now sitting on three straight.

Taden Krogsgaard was a major factor no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run over seven innings pitched. Krogsgaard was also big at the plate, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Ryan Recio, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Temecula Valley's record now sits at 11-7. As for Chaparral, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-6.

Coming up, Temecula Valley is taking a road trip to square off against Murrieta Mesa at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
