Chester had already won five in a row dating back to last season (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16 points) and they went ahead and made it six on Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 36-19 win over the Los Molinos Bulldogs. This was payback for the Volcanoes, who suffered a 58-31 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Chester's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Los Molinos, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Chester will head out to challenge Biggs at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Biggs will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Chester surely won't give up without a fight. As for Los Molinos, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 37-28 victory against Plumas Charter on the 7th.
