Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Webster). They blew past the Tiospa Zina Wambdi, posting a 78-38 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Bearcats have posted since January 12, 2024.

Webster's victory ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-5. As for Tiospa Zina, they dropped their record down to 0-6 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Webster Bearcats face off against the Deuel Cardinals at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Deuel will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Webster surely won't give up without a fight. As for Tiospa Zina, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Hamlin at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Tiospa Zina has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
