LaFayette came out on top against Adairsville on Monday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run first inning. The Ramblers never let the Tigers get on the board and left with a 9-0 win. With that victory, the Ramblers brought their scoring average up to 6.4 runs per game.
Addi Hogue made a big impact no matter where she played. She tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI. That double was her first of the season.
