Cam Johnson Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Cam Johnson was instrumental in extending Corvian Community's winning streak to seven on Friday. Johnson made a major impact, rushing for 148 yards and three touchdowns, while also picking up 42 receiving yards. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (103.9). His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 101 rushing yards dating back to last season.

Corvian Community picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to AJ Jackson Jr.. Jackson Jr. was dynamite, rushing for 56 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing for 197 yards and two touchdowns on only 17 passes.

Alex Waterfield Delivers Best Effort of Season
Bishop McGuinness was led to victory by Alex Waterfield, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Waterfield threw for 267 yards and three touchdowns while completing 74.1% of his passes, and also rushed for 93 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in November of 2023. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 58 yards.

Pine Lake Prep had to settle for second on Friday, but Johntay Gaither sure wasn't going down easily. Gaither turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 122 yards and a touchdown on only 15 carries. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making five total tackles and defending a pass.
On the year, Gaither has averaged 31.1 receiving yards per game.

Oliver Morris and Co. Win Fourth in a Row
Oliver Morris was instrumental in extending Community School of Davidson's winning streak to four on Friday. Morris turned in nothing short of a gem, picking up 62 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Community School of Davidson is undefeated when Morris posts two or more receiving touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.
For the season, Morris has caught 5 touchdowns while averaging 46.6 receiving yards per game.
