The Jones County Greyhounds will take on the Luella Lions at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Jones County's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last four contests.

Kaylob Harris looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. What's more, he posted five strikeouts, the most he's had since back in February.

Luella's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-9. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.8 runs over those games. As for Jones County, their victory bumped their record up to 18-5.
Wednesday's match might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Jones County has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .496.
