It was a good run, but Georgia Christian unfortunately witnessed the end of their eight-game winning streak on Tuesday. They came up short against the Southwest Georgia Academy Warriors, falling 8-2. The game marked the Generals' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Georgia Christian saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Carson Hanks, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Georgia Christian's loss dropped their record down to 14-2. As for Southwest Georgia Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-1.
