The Stanton Blue Devils will venture away from home to square off against the Wolfson Wolfpack at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Stanton is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.5 runs per game this season.
Stanton took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They put the hurt on Eagle's View with a sharp 13-3 win. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Blue Devils considering their one-run performance the matchup before.

Ethan Abram and Brooks Jarrett did most of the damage at the plate: Abram got on base in all five of his plate appearances with four runs, one stolen base, and two RBI, while Jarrett went 2-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base. Stanton is undefeated when Abram posts two or more runs, but 6-9 otherwise. Ethan Hafer was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two RBI and one run.
Stanton was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. The last time their batting average was this high was back in April of 2025.
Meanwhile, Wolfson waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Panthers a 5-0 shutout.
Wolfson saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cam Wiggins, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one RBI.
Stanton's record now sits at 14-9. As for Wolfson, their record is now 14-11.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Stanton has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.3 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Wolfson struggles in that department as they've been averaging 2.7 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Stanton came up short against Wolfson in their previous matchup two weeks ago, falling 6-1. Can the Blue Devils avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
