In what's become a running theme this season, the Monessen Greyhounds gave their fans yet another huge victory on Monday. They breezed by Mapletown at home to the tune of 60-29. The win was just what Monessen needed coming off of a 50-25 loss in their prior match.
Hailey Johnson was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 14 points and 13 rebounds. She has been hot recently, having posted nine or more rebounds the last ten times she's played. Avanti Stitch was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with five assists and two steals.

Monessen has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. As for Mapletown, they have not been sharp recently as the team has lost six of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season.
