Softball Recap: Veterans Wins Going Away Against Northside

Veterans had won three straight on the road, but on Wednesday they bumped up to 22-5 to make it four. They were the clear victors by a 12-5 margin over the Northside Patriots. The Warhawks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 15 matchups by six runs or more this season.

As for Northside, their defeat dropped their record down to 20-6. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for they, who until this contest were averaging 3.5 runs allowed.

For Northside's part, Raelyn Warren and Kennedy Williams did some serious damage despite the final result: Warren went 2-for-3 with three RBI and one run, while Williams went 2-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.
