 The  win  got Hoover back to even at 12-12-2. As for Lincoln, their loss dropped their record down to 12-4-1.
 Hoover beat Lincoln by a goal  in their previous matchup  back in January, winning  2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hoover since the  squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
