 Pinecrest Academy's win  ended  an  eight-game drought on the road  dating back to last season and  puts them at 3-5. As for Lanier Christian Academy,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 8-3.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pinecrest Academy will  challenge Johnson Ferry Christian Academy at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. Johnson Ferry Christian Academy is coming into the  contest with three straight  losses at home,  meaning Pinecrest Academy will have to defend against a  squad hungry for a  victory. As for Lanier Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to  take on  Creekside Christian Academy at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. Creekside Christian Academy will roll in looking for their  tenth straight  win, something Lanier Christian Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
