Sophie Schmitten, Plattsburg's leading hitter, solidified her role on Thursday. Schmitten wasn't messing around, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases. The game was her fourth straight with at least one stolen base.

Schmitten and Plattsburg will square off against Stewartsville at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers are a perfect 3-0 against the Cardinals going back to September of 2015, a lead they'll look to extend.
