The Waccamaw Warriors can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. They took their matchup at home with ease, bagging a 88-33 victory over Ragin Prep Christian Academy. The win was just what Waccamaw needed coming off of a 55-34 defeat in their prior contest.
Waccamaw's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Connor Hart led the charge by scoring 11 points along with 7 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Wade Leventis, who scored 13 points along with 6 rebounds.
The victory got Waccamaw back to even at 3-3. As for Ragin Prep Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 4-1.
Waccamaw will be playing at home against St. James at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. St. James will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak. As for Ragin Prep Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 18 on Tuesday.
