The West Hills Wolf Pack stacked a ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They put the hurt on Valhalla with a sharp 51-31 win. The win was familiar territory for West Hills who now have five in a row.
Jordan Dillon was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 24 points and 17 rebounds. That makes it seven consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of West Hills' points. The team also got some help courtesy of Olivia Bartlett, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 rebounds.
Defeat or not, Valhalla got some senior leadership from Alexandra Amaya and Alexis Matos. Amaya scored ten points, while Matos. scored nine points.
West Hills is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season. As for Valhalla, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 13-10 record this season.
West Hills will square off against Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. West Hills is coming into the game with four straight wins on the road, so Central is out to stop a squad with plenty of momentum. As for Valhalla, they will square off against Tri-City Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Tri-City Christian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last five games.
