Kiera Schroeder was her usual excellent self, scoring 31 points for California Lutheran. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Schroeder has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Allison Schroeder, who scored 15 points.
California School for the Deaf-Riverside has been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season. As for California Lutheran, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-2.
