After flying high against the Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School Mustangs  on Thursday, the Temecula Prep Patriots came back down to earth. Temecula Prep took a  56-42 bruising from Arrowhead Christian on Friday. Temecula Prep has not had much luck with Arrowhead Christian recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
 Several Patriots players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Zylah Coleman, who  scored 13 points along with 7  rebounds. Coleman scored a full 31% of Temecula Prep's points, the second time in a row she's  earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was  Abby Bennett, who  scored 8 points along with 6  rebounds.
 Leading Arrowhead Christian to victory were  Izzy Villanueva and  Bethany Wilkes.  Villanueva  scored 15 points along with 3  steals, while  Wilkes  scored 15 points along with 9  rebounds.  Kawino Rice was another key contributor,  scoring 12 points.
 Temecula Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Arrowhead Christian, the  win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.
 Temecula Prep will head out on the road to face off against Linfield Christian at 3:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Arrowhead Christian won't have much time to rest: their next  game is against California Lutheran at 6:00  p.m.  on December 2nd. The two teams have allowed few  points on average, (California Lutheran: 27.1, Arrowhead Christian: 28.4) so any  points scored will be well earned.
