Community School of Davidson took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against Lake Norman Charter, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. Community School of Davidson had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 14-25, 25-17, 25-22, 15-12.
Kelly Rogers was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 11 digs and one assist. That's the most digs she has posted since back in September of 2024. Another player making a difference was Gracyn McRorie, who had 13 digs and one assist.
