Community School of Davidson Spartans (Davidson, NC) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, Community School of Davidson advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Spartans host Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC) to confront the Eagles in a Catawba Shores 2A/3A/4A game on Tuesday, August 26. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 3-2.

The Knights (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Christ the King (Huntersville, NC). The Crusaders go into the Catawba Shores 2A/3A/4A game with a 1-4 record.
