Spectrum put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season on Friday. They put a hurting on Brooklyn Center to the tune of 63-25. That result was just more of the same for Spectrum, who also won the last time these teams played.
Spectrum's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 51 points in the first half. Brooklyn Center came up with 19 to make it 51-19 heading into the break. The Spectrum defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 0 and all but finishing the contest. The win bumped their record up to 3-0. Brooklyn Center are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.
Next week Spectrum take on Edison at 7:00 PM. Both teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins. Brooklyn Center will be staying on the road, facing off against Concordia Academy.
