Despite their defeat, Sunny Hills saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Taylor Parra, who scored 18 points along with three steals, was perhaps the best of all. The team also got some help courtesy of Erin Choi, who scored nine points along with two steals.
Troy has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-14 record this season. As for Sunny Hills, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-11.
