Kevin Brown posted a new career-high in total tackles on Thursday. He picked up two sacks and made seven total tackles (4.0 for loss). He has become a key player for Meadowbrook: the team is 5-1 when he posts at least one sack, but 1-2 otherwise.

Coming up, Brown and Meadowbrook will venture away from home to challenge Matoaca at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Monarchs have some work to do to even out the 2-7 series between these two since October of 2015, but a win here would be a good start.
