When it comes to explaining why Temecula Prep lost, one person who can't be blamed is Abby Bennett. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 23 points and 16 rebounds. Zylah Coleman was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with 7 rebounds and 4 steals.
Temecula Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Linfield Christian, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.
