Their tough 3-0 defeat to the Minutemen on Thursday might stick with them for a while. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Mary Star of the Sea of the 7-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2014.
Mary Star of the Sea's loss dropped their record down to 9-8-1. As for Maranatha, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-10-1 record this season.
