The Frazier Commodores can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They came out on top against Jefferson-Morgan by a score of 51-43. The victory was just what Frazier needed coming off of a 74-22 defeat in their prior match.
It was another big night for Allie Yauch, who scored 22 points along with five steals. Another player making a difference was Taryn Bateman, who scored nine points along with six rebounds and four steals.
The victory got Frazier back to even at 3-3. As for Jefferson-Morgan, their loss was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-2.
Frazier will head out on the road to face off against Bethlehem Center at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Jefferson-Morgan, they will square off against Brownsville at TBD on Thursday. Brownsville presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Jefferson-Morgan in Pennsylvania (Brownsville is ranked 124th, while Jefferson-Morgan is ranked 448th).
