Classical Academy had to hit the road for their first game and  it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Santana Sultans by a score of  4-2 on Friday. The Caimans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Sultans apparently hadn't forgotten their  loss the last time these teams played  back in May of 2019.
 Classical Academy saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Justus Smith, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-3.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Classical Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the  defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Grossmont at 11:00  a.m.  on March 15th. As for Santana, they will take on Poway at 3:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
