Live Oak's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Isabelle Cline led the charge by scoring 12 points. That makes it two consecutive games in which Cline has scored at least 25% of Live Oak's points. Another player making a difference was Rian Henderson, who scored 11 points along with 6 rebounds.
Live Oak's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-0. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.8 points per game. As for Saratoga, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.
Live Oak will face off against Greenfield at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Greenfield presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Live Oak in California (Greenfield is ranked 257th, while Live Oak is ranked 532nd). As for Saratoga, they will head out on the road to face off against Independence at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
