Righetti is 1-8-1 against Arroyo Grande since December of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Righetti Warriors will be playing in front of their home fans against the Arroyo Grande Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Given that both teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.
Despite a strong season so far, Righetti has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of Atascadero on Tuesday. That's two games in a row now that Righetti has lost by exactly two goals.
Meanwhile, Arroyo Grande has not won a game since January 16th, a trend which continued on Friday. They fell just short of Atascadero by a score of 1-0. Jenelle Guey-Mock was hit with a yellow card, which may have had some impact on her (and the team's) ability to make aggressive plays.
Righetti's defeat dropped their record down to 9-4-4. As for Arroyo Grande, their loss dropped their record down to 8-7-2.
