Veritas Christian Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Caitlin O'Malley, who scored 13 points along with seven assists and three steals. Those seven assists set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was Mackenzie Morrison, who scored ten points along with seven steals.
Quakertown Christian now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Veritas Christian Academy, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.
Quakertown Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Coventry Christian at 3:30 p.m. on January 8, 2024. Veritas Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Calvary Christian Academy at 2:00 p.m. on December 29th. Calvary Christian Academy will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in their respective state's rankings (they are ranked 407th in Pennsylvania, while Veritas Christian Academy is ranked 71st in New Jersey).
