The Liberty Lions can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent match on Friday. They never let Deer Valley onto the board and left with a 9-0 victory. It was an even better day for Kami Regas as she scored three goals for her team.
The victory (which was Liberty's third in a row) raised their record to 9-4-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those three games. As for Deer Valley, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.
Liberty will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Pittsburg at 6:00 p.m. Liberty will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each matchup than the last. As for Deer Valley, they will head out on the road to take on Antioch at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Deer Valley's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for eight straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
