For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Redding Christian has posted against Burney since January 28, 2020.
Burney's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Natalia Maldonado, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds and two steals, and Diana Gonzalez Green who scored eight points along with five rebounds. Maldonado is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last nine games she's played.
Redding Christian's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Burney, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.
