Izzy Tapia had an outrageously good game as she dropped a double-double on 27 points and 14 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Calaveras' points. Another player making a difference was Paige Johnston, who scored 7 points along with 8 rebounds.
Calaveras now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Buhach Colony, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Calaveras won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Linden at 6:30 p.m. on December 6th. Linden is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Buhach Colony, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Johansen at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
