After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Lakeview Academy brought some dynamite into their most recent match. They blew past Loganville Christian Academy 16-5 on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for Lakeview Academy, who have now won ten games by 11 runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Izze Longoria, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 5-for-6. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in RBI (three). Another player making a difference was Collin Waldrop, who scored three runs while getting on base in all five of his plate appearances.

Lakeview Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .574. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Loganville Christian Academy only posted an OBP of .323.

With the win, Lakeview Academy broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 11-6. As for Loganville Christian Academy, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-10 record.
