Meanwhile, Klondike faced Whiteface in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. Klondike was outmatched by Whiteface on the road and fell 74-28. The defeat leaves the Cougars without a win on the season.
The win got Irion County back to even at 2-2. As for Klondike, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.
