Bravo's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jade Fernandez, who scored 13 points. Another player making a difference was Victoria Rodriguez, who scored 8 points.
Eagle Rock's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Bravo, they bumped their record down to 3-2 with that loss, which was their third straight at home.
Eagle Rock will take on Highland at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Highland presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Eagle Rock in California (Highland is ranked 148th, while Eagle Rock is ranked 366th). As for Bravo, they will head out on the road to face off against Wilson at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
