Meanwhile, Don Lugo put the finishing touches on their seventh blowout victory of the season on Thursday. Everything went their way against Canyon Springs as Don Lugo made off with a 5-2 victory. The high-flying offensive effort was a huge turnaround for Don Lugo considering their one-goal performance the matchup before.
El Rancho is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. As for Don Lugo, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-7-3.
