Marietta has gone a perfect 3-0 against South Cobb recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Marietta Blue Devils will welcome the South Cobb Eagles at 8:00 p.m. Both teams beat their previous opponents by a single goal, so this matchup might be just as contested.

Marietta took a three-goal defeat the last time they faced off against Walton, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. Marietta skirted past Walton 3-2. The victory was just business as usual for the Blue Devils, who after four games remain undefeated this season.

They hit Walton with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Gabriel Mikhail, Kevin Rivera, and Lawson Buresi.

Meanwhile, South Cobb kept a clean sheet against Alexander on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Cougars 1-0. That's two games straight that the Eagles have won by just one goal.

The victory got South Cobb back to even at 2-2. As for Marietta, their win bumped their record up to 4-0.

Marietta was able to grind out a solid victory over South Cobb in their previous meeting back in March of 2018, winning 3-1. Does Marietta have another victory up their sleeve, or will South Cobb turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
