Montgomery can attribute much of their success to Falin Reynolds, who scored 28 points along with 5 rebounds and 4 steals. Another player making a difference was Rubi Solano, who scored 2 points along with 7 steals and 6 rebounds.
Montgomery's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Tournament Opponent, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost eight of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 15-37 record this season.
Montgomery will take on North Penn-Liberty at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Tournament Opponent, they will be playing at home against Gloria Deo Academy on Saturday. Gloria Deo Academy will be coming into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.
