Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chester). They simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat the Dunsmuir Tigers 52-19. The Volcanoes have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 21 points or more this season.

Dunsmuir's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Cyla Clemens, who posted ten points. That was a full 52.6% of Dunsmuir's points, marking the third time in a row she's put up more than a third of the team's points. Devon Holland was another key player, putting up six points.

Chester has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.7 points per game. As for Dunsmuir, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Chester will take on Burney at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dunsmuir, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Big Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
