If B-G-M was riding high fresh off their 15-4 takedown of English Valleys on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bears fell just short of the Keota Eagles by a score of 3-2 on Friday. The Bears' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

B-G-M's defeat dropped their record down to 15-5. As for Keota, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season.

B-G-M wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 11-4 loss against North Mahaska on the 30th. As for Keota, they have also already played their next contest, a 9-1 defeat against Iowa Valley on the 30th.
