For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Carpinteria and Santa Clara have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Saturday. The Warriors came out on top against the Saints by a score of 8-3. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Saints recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Carpinteria's record is now 7-0. As for Santa Clara, their loss dropped their record down to 1-8.
