Another player making a difference was Myla Igoe, who scored eight points along with five assists.
Leading Vista Murrieta to victory were Kohen Marshall and Alyson Pulsipher. Marshall scored 16 points along with six rebounds and four steals, while Pulsipher scored 18 points along with four steals. Marshall continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Jordyn Smith was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with three steals.
Chaparral has been struggling recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season. As for Vista Murrieta, their victory bumped their record up to 7-15.
